From Downtown Boston: Storrow Drive West to Kenmore Sq./Fenway Rt. 1S exit. Bear left. Follow signs for Fenway 1S. Bear right onto Boylston St. following signs for Boylston St. Outbound/Riverway 1. Stay on Boylston for .4 miles at which point it turns into Brookline Ave. for ½ mile. Take left onto Riverway/Jamaicaway.

Follow Riverway/Jamaicaway for 2.2 miles through 1st rotary (Jamaica Pond on right) to 2nd rotary following signs for 1S Dedham/Providence. At 2nd rotary bear right onto Centre St. (don’t take sharp right), still following signs for 1S. Faulkner Hospital is .7 miles on right. Take right after hospital (Allandale Rd.) and right onto hospital grounds.

From North: Take Rt. 93S or Rt. 1S to Storrow Dr. West. Follow directions from Downtown Boston.

From Framingham/Natick: Take Rt. 9E to exit market West Roxbury/Hyde Park, across from Chestnut Hill Mall. Bear right onto Hammond Pond Pkwy. Follow for .9 miles to rotary. Take 3rd street at rotary (Newton St.). Follow for .4 miles to STOP sign. Bear left, still on Newton St., and follow for .4 miles to gas station. Take right around station. Take 1st left onto Allandale Rd. Faulkner is 1.1 miles on left.

From Central & Western Mass: East on Mass. Turnpike to Rt. 128S. Follow 128 to Rt. 9E. Follow directions from Framingham/Natick.

From South: Take Rt. 128N to exit 15A/Rt. 1N. Follow through Dedham for 3.2 miles. Here Rt. 1 is also known as VFW Pkwy. Follow 2.8 miles to rotary. Go halfway around rotary (2nd right), staying on Rt. 1/VFW Pkwy. Go .6 miles to traffic light. Take left at light onto Centre St./Rt. 1. At 2nd light, .3 miles, turn left onto Allandale Rd., then right onto hospital grounds.
